Jake Eddington leads digital marketing efforts at Arkansas State University“Newport, overseeing the university™s website, social media presence, digital advertising and multimedia storytelling. Since joining ASUN in 2021, he has served in several roles, including Assistant to the Chancellor and Coordinator of Marketing and Events. His work combines strategic communication, graphic design, photography and video production to share the stories of ASUN™s students, employees and communities.
Before joining ASUN, Jake held several positions with the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, where his work included financial aid administration, institutional finance, legislative reporting and the development of the state™s higher education productivity funding model.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Hendrix College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He serves on the Jackson County Community Theatre Board of Directors and is active in local theatrical productions as a director, performer and volunteer.
